François joined the Bernard & Brassard firm in 2016. He has been working in family dispute since 2002 and has been called to appear before the Superior Court and the Quebec Court of Appeal. After nearly 10 years in a boutique law firm that operated exclusively in family law, he then worked several years for a South Shore multidisciplinary firm.
François Poirier rigorously guides his clients to achieve the delicate balance between reason, emotions and laws that is required in any conflict situation encountered in family matters.
Beyond the support he provides to his clients for legal proceedings regarding child custody, support payments or sharing of assets, François also advises many clients in their alternative dispute resolutions (ADR, mediation).
