Natacha Hébert, Notary

Although Natacha has been working as a notary specializing in Human rights for over twenty years, she remains as passionate as in her early days. In addition to a traditional practice, she also holds skills in estate, trust and succession planning, and in inheritance regulations. She is an expert in the matters of incapacity, licensing, protective supervision plan—in regular contexts as well as in difficult domestic situations. Her expertise and creativity help her find solutions to all situations, whether simple or complex.

Natacha is first and foremost a notary who chose to ensure law is accessible, in a human way, for her clients.

For many years, Natacha taught non-litigious proceedings at the Université de Montréal and the Université de Sherbrooke. Renowned professional, she is now a sought-after speaker particularly in terms of legal incapacity and prevention of elder abuse. She is also occasionally invited to participate in interviews on radio and television to share her expertise.
