Annie Francescon, Attorney
Annie joined the Bernard & Brassard firm in 2008 and helped create the Labour and Employment Law sector, where she offered her expertise in the area to the clients. Since then, new professionals have joined the sector and Annie made her return in 2019 to once again contribute to its development.
She is recognized for her pragmatic approach in workplace dispute prevention and resolution.
Annie represents an employer clientele and acts as their strategic advisor for the planning and management of their labour relations. She utilizes her expertise and negotiation skills to assist her clients in their litigious matters. Annie also acts as a solicitor, which leads her to regularly appear before the civil and administrative courts, including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Administrative Labor Tribunal and grievance adjudicators.
