Ruth Baillargeon, Attorney
Ruth joined the Bernard & Brassard firm in 2002 after working as an Attorney-researcher for three years with the judges of the Superior Court of Quebec. She takes care of the required research related to complex legal issues in civil and commercial law, including bankruptcy and insolvency, security, intellectual property, as well as in the areas of banking, real estate and labour.
A passionate and fascinating woman, Ruth is constantly on the lookout for the newest information in the legal field.
Ruth is often involved in the preparation of written submissions and the drafting of legal proceedings in connection with civil and commercial disputes. As the knowledge manager of the firm, she makes sure to inform the office attorneys about the recent legislative and case law developments in their respective fields of expertise. She also provides services in prevention ans dispute resolution as an arbitrator and mediator for any commercial business.
